International dairy, nutrition and flavour company Carbery Group is launching a new cheese brand specifically targeted at the ingredients and foodservice markets in Europe and Asia.

The range includes natural cheddar, ‘Cheese Extra’, which is a functional, reduced-fat cheese, speciality cheeses and a new range of pasta filata, including mozzarella and grilling cheese.

The company says the new range, which consists of versatile cheeses, are suitable for a wide range of applications including pizza, baking, ready meals, sauces, seasonings and snacks.

The Professional Range, which includes all of the cheese varieties on offer through Carbery Dairy, has been specifically developed to meet the needs of chefs in the foodservice sector. The cheeses have been tested in real-life foodservice settings to ensure they perform well under different cooking and baking conditions. They are also available in a number of formats, to suit the requirements of different kitchen capabilities.
