Former Kellogg’s vice president Peter Headridge has been appointed as chief operating officer at Campden BRI, with Barbara Lunnon from CSM Bakery Solutions also joining as associate director.
Headridge, the former vice president of R&D, quality, nutrition (health & wellness) & regulatory EMEA at the Kellogg Company, has over 27 years’ experience in the food industry and will lead and oversee the organisation’s science and technology divisions.
Barbara Lunnon has also joined as associate director, consulting in the science department. Lunnon joins from global bakery provider CSM Bakery Solutions where she was director of product marketing responsible for strategy development and implementation for various baked goods and cake portfolios. She will be responsible for leading Campden BRI’s science-based consultancy activities.
Campden BRI provides technical, legislative and scientific support and research to the food and drinks industry worldwide, providing services in agri-food production, analysis and testing, processing and manufacturing, safety, training and technical information service.
